Hacienda Puerta Del Cielo Eco Lodge & Spa, Masaya

My partner and I truly enjoyed the serene atmosphere at the Hacienda. The outdoor hammocks were perfect for unwinding while soaking in the lovely views of the volcano. There's nothing like relaxing in a hammock under the trees with the sounds of nature all around. It was an amazing escape from our busy lives! The attention to eco-friendly practices made it even more special. Truly a gem!

I was pleasantly surprised by the food during our stay. The local Nicaraguan dishes were simple yet delicious, perfectly capturing the essence of the region's flavors. Each meal was really well-prepared, and the staff accommodated our dietary needs flawlessly. Eating family-style created a warm and inviting atmosphere as we shared stories with fellow guests. I would highly recommend trying the fresh fish dish that was specially prepared for us!

We stayed in one of the casitas with an outdoor shower and a private hammock, and it was simply divine. The rustic charm and simplicity made it feel very cozy. I loved waking up to the amazing views of the volcano right from our room! It was a refreshing change from the typical hotel experience. The room was immaculately clean, which added to our overall satisfaction.

Our bedroom in the casita was a beautiful space that provided all the privacy we desired. The large windows allowed natural light to flood in and offered stunning views at all times. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our adventurous days exploring the area. The blend of nature with comfort made it feel like our own private sanctuary.
